TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E770 OF 2022 By (1) Dickson Odiero Malova and (2) Meshack Omedo Malova, both of P.O. Box 333, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Marova Munomonyi alias Justo Malova, who died on 1st July, 1986. CAUSE No. E95 OF 2023 By Peres Auma Okwach, cio P.O. Box 908, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Okwach Awiti alias Okwach Awiti, who died at Korando "B", on 31st August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
