TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 766 OF 2022 By (1) Dorcas Ngasi Olal, (2) Edwin Ouma Owidi and (3) Jared Onyango Owidi the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Olal Owidi, who died on 10th January, 2022. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2023 By Edward Odero Ooro, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ooro Otieno, who died on 31st July, 2001. CAUSE No. E73 OF 2023 By Lenox Amstrong Onyango Ochieng, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyol Ongaya Ouma alias Nyolo Ongaya, who died on 12th May, 2011. CAUSE No. E79 OF 2023 By Serfiner Atieno Olang, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Odhiambo Ooro, who died at Kisumu County Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
