TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By (1) Salome Makungu Aduwo, (2) Joel Omondi Aduwo and (3) Charles Owuor Aduwo, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Aduwo Odawo alias Aduwo Odawo, who died at Nyahera Sub-location, on 31st October, 2018. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2023 By Steven Odhiambo Munje, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Munje Ngonga alias Munje Ngoga, who died on 21st April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
