TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E812 OF 2022 By Ismael Njuguna Wangombe, of P.O. Box 1365-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Njenga Wangombe alias Isaac Njenga Wang'ombe alias Isaac N. Wang'ombe, who died at Thayu, on 29th May, 2012. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2023 By Schola Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 2673, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Chege Mwangi, who died at Afraha Maternity and Nursing Home, on 28th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
