TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Joyce Kemunto Mose, of P.O. Box 121-00508, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. Javier, Georgiadis & Sylvester, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mose Barare, who died at Nairobi, on 16th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2023 By (1) Pacifica Kwamboka Orenge, (2) Ronald Omari Orenge, (3) Cayus Motika Orenge and (4) Orenge William Antony, all of P.O. Box 122-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Motika Orenge, who died at Tabaka Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
