TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2023 By Sharmila Anil Jamadar, of P.O. Box 746-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anil Sampat Jamadar, who died at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2020. CAUSE No. E3 OF 2023 By (I) Damaris Wachera Githinji, (2) PaulinaWamuyu Githinji, (3) Patrick Mwangi Githinji and (4) Stephen Bernad Kariuki Githinji, all of P.O. Box 418, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased's widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Githinji Kariuki, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) David Maina Macharia and (2) Anne Muthoni Macharia, both of P.O. Box 11-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wairimu Macharia, who died at P.C.E.A., Tumutumu, on 7th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
