Box 51225-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau Ndungu, late of Kiambu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2009. CAUSE No. E386 OF 2023 By (1) Jackline Wawuda Mandi and (2) Innocent Scio, both of P.O. Box 36983-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and cousin, respectively, through Messrs. Samuel Mburia & Co., advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Armogast Mwabaya Mwasi, late of Nairobi, who died at Brain Spine and Rehabilitation Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2021.
