COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, the preparation of the above plan was on the 7th March, 2023, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated in Kapsabet Town, Nandi County. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical and Land Use Planning and County Physical Planner, Kapsabet. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands, Physical and Land Use Planning, P.O.
