COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of sections 13 (g), 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49 (1) and 69 (1 and 4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, the preparation of the above plan was on the 10th March, 2023, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the CECM Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development and County Physical Planner, Kapsabet. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Physical Planner, State Department for Lands and Physical Planning, P.O.
