THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Muhsin Mohamed and (2) Muna Ahmed Salim, both of P.O. Box 87988–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0223 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 12565/II/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
