TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Kahindo Nyagaki and (2) John Gitau Kahindo, both of P.O. Box 55, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindo Karara, who died at Mumbuini Sub-location, on 19th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2022 By Johnson Ndirangu Gichure, of P.O. Box 317, Othaya in Kenya, through Messrs. Theuri Mwangi & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gichure Ndirangu alias Francis Gichure alias Ndirangu Francis Gichure alias Francis Ndirangu, who died at Ndungiri, on 22nd October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
