TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2022 By Julius Nyamai Sumbi, of P.O. Box 65–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Masai Sumbi, who died at District Hospital, Matuu in Kenya, on 15th March, 1985. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By Teresia Mbeneka Wambua, of P.O. Box 1–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Ivave, who died at Kyaume, Machakos, on 14th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
