Box 2660–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Arimi M’Ibari alias M’Remi M’Ibari, who died at Kaongo Sub-location, on 20th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) John Mbaya, (2) Patrick Murerwa Mbui, (3) George Mbaabu Mbui, (4) John Buuri Mbui and (5) Purity Nkuene Wachira, all of P.O. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By Samwel Kinyua Muguna, of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itunga Kamwira alias Itunga Kamwira, who died at Kithirune, on 13th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
