TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By (1) Wilfrida Aduol Olaly and (2) Wilfrida Adhiambo Olaly, both of P.O. Box 29–40107, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael F. Olaly Nyambuoro alias Michael Okinyo Olaly Nyambuoro alias Michael Fredrick Okinyo Olaly Nyambuoro, who died at Koru Location, on 1st August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2023 By Isdorah Adoyo Jowi, of P.O. Box 29–40107, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selina Juma Jowi alias Salina Juma Jowi, who died at Jalaram Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
