TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) James Omondi Ragwar, (2) Isacc Otieno Ragwar, (3) Judith Awino Onyango and (4) Florence Achieng Onyango, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Reggy, who died on 12th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2023 By (1) Lucas Oloo Odonya and (2) Hawa Adhiambo, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odonya Oduol, who died on 10th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
