TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Nyambura Muturi and (2) Simon Murigi Nganga, both of P.O. Box 60, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mburu Gatuto alias Mburu Gatutu alias P. Mburu Gatutu, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 24th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By Rahab Wanjiku Kinyagia, of P.O. Box 18–01034, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Kinyagia Thuo, who died at Mungaria, on 8th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
