E34 OF 2022 By Joseph Waithaka Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Gitimu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2022 By Michael Kimani Chege, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Thuku, who died at Embakasi, on 7th January, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
