TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By (1) Robert Samoei Kimamet and (2) Martin Kipyator Kimamet, both of P.O. Box 343–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimamet arap Kimwelel alias Kimamet Kimwelel, who died at Kiptabus, on 9th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
