TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2022 By Haron Onderi Ongige, of P.O. Box 1–40200, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombane Siocha, who died at Kiango, on 25th February, 1982. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2022 By Thomas Moreka Okemwa, of P.O. Box 2–40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okemwa Arati, who died at Nyansakia Sub- location, on 9th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
