TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2022 By Stevine Odiwuor Maho and (2) Boaz Ouma Maho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Otieno Maho alias Shadrack Dickson Kamao, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By Maurice Okoth Obungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obungu Chwanya Yugi, who died at Okok, on 4th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
