TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2021 By Shem Olome Alwiga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simidi Alwiga Munavo alias Simidi Alwiga alias Alwiga Mumavo, who died at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October, 1976. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By Florence Shidogo Chemei, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Matianyi alias James Matianyi Shikali, who died at Makuchi Sub-location, on 16th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
