Box 41, Mutomo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mulatya Mutunga, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Florence Mwende Ikumbu, of P.O. Box 1, Ikanga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ikumbu Ngului, late of Makele Sub-location, who died at Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
