TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) John Kariuki Ngethe, (2) John Mubea Kamande and (3) John Kabui Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 3, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mubea Njua alias Mubea Wanjua, who died at Gatura Sub-location, on 30th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By Simon Njenga Karanja, of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muhika Karanja, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Asenath Wambui Boro and (2) Alex Nduati Boro, both of P.O. Box 59, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jemimah Muthoni Boro, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
