CAUSE NO. 237 OF 2022 By John Kamau Muturi, of P.O. Box 26, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muturi Waithaka Kamau, who died at Githogoiyo, on 13th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2022 By (1) Suzana John Kamiti and (2) David John Gezu, both of P.O. Box 1249, Tanzania, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kangethe Kamiti, who died at General Hospital, Dodoma, Tanzania, on 10th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
