TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2022 By (1) Nancy Waituha Runyiri and (2) Naomi Wanjiru Runyiri, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Runyiri Kiguru, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2022 By (1) Joyce Njeri Chauri and (2) Rose Kathambi Cauri, both of P.O. Box 64372–0020, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Waithira Cauri, who died at Kanjai, Githunguri, on 5th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Kihara Kangethe and (2) Mary Wangari Kimani, both of P.O. Box 75, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangethe Njuguna alias Stephen Kangethe Njuguna, who died at Nyaga, Kiambu, on 2nd July, 2002. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2023 By (1) Cecilia Waithira Njoroge and (2) James Gatonga Gathathai, both of P.O. Box 176, Gatura in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gathathai Gatonga alias Peter Gatonga, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
