TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By Hebron Mwakiacha Mwanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwanjala Mwakiacha, who died at Ndara, on 22nd April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By (1) Stela Mbeu Mwangemi and (2) Rozinah Wambugha Mwangemi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hebron Mwakulua Wughoma, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
