Box 342, Nanyuki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omariba Omaiyo alias Nelson Omariba, who died at P.G.H., on 4th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2022 By Trusila Kerubo Orora, of P.O. Box 5–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Orora Nyariki alias Ororo Birai, who died at Township, on 28th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2022 By Henry Oiro Bony, of P.O. Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuga Nyangena, who died at Nyakongo, on 20th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2022 By John Ongoro Masimba, of P.O. Box 46, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Masimba Orangi alias Saboke Orangi, who died at Bonyengwe I, on 23rd December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2022 By (1) Callen Mokeira Nyangweso and (2) Charles Momanyi Nyangweso, both of P.O. Box 200–40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Nyangweso Agura, who died at Christa Marianne Hospital in Kenya, on 29th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
