E245 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Gichana Ntabo and (2) Christopher Anasi Ntabo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntabo Onchari, who died on 11th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. 487 OF 2022 By Alexina Kerubo Nyangau, of P.O. Box 950, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Otiongo Nyangau, who died at Masongo Sub-location, on 14th August, 1993. Box 1414–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Kemunto Kenyaga, who died at Riabamanyi Sub-location, on 21st August, 1999.
