TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2020 By Rosemary Limo, of P.O. Box 36–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Toyoi Chelimo alias Tuiyoi Chelimo, who died at Baringo County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2020 By Dennis Chesiyna Kosgei, of P.O. Box 318–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei Chepyegon, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
