TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By Ambrose Kimeli Koech, of P.O. Box 711, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prumenzi Kipkoech Too, late of Ndalat, Nandi, who died on 21st December, 1989. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2023 By Linet Minage, of P.O. Box 487, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Musoriza Baraza, who died on 11th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
