TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th March, 2023 CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By Boniface Makau Mutua, of P.O. Box 1555–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kathoka, who died at Muisuni, on 21st December, 2007. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) George Manza Musee, (2) Lawrence Muthusi Musee, (3) Alice Mueni Musee and (4) Margaret Mutheu Musee, all of P.O. Box 272–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Musee Nthiwa, who died at Nguluni, on 27th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By (1) Bernice Muthoki Mutua and (2) Richard Mbee Mutua, both of P.O. Box 1029–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Mbaika Mutua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2022.
