TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2022 By Angelina Katee Ngwili, of P.O. Box 1175–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremy Ngwili Ngwala, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Mutune David Masai and (2) Martin Ndei Masai, both of P.O. Box 12–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica David Masai alias Veronica David Masai alias Veronica David, who died at Bristol Park Hospital in Kenya, on 8th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
