TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2022 By Eseter Mukompara M’Abuange, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Abuange M’Iburi, who died at Nyambene Nursing Home, on 29th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By Joseph Meeme M’Anari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Anari Thanari alias Amari Thamari, who died at Kirindara, on 15th October, 1976. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By John Muthee Ikangati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’ithiri Baithiri alias M’Ithiri Baitheri, who died at Ngunune, on 18th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
