TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Muthoni Ndungu, (2) Boniface Gatiki Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, and (3) Gilbert Gatiki Ndungu, of P.O. Box 801–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Ndungu Gatiki alias Amos Ndung’u Gatiki, who died on 7th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
