TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 503 OF 2022 By Anthony Muheria Ngugi, of P.O. Box 288, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Donatus Mathenge Githui alias Githui Donatus Mathenge, who died at Mater Misericordiae Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2020.
