TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2022 By Chrisantus Wanjala King’asia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machungu Tokoyi Kinyasia alias Machungo Tokoyi, who died at Ndengelwa Location, on 2nd June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Patrick Wekesa Marumbu, of P.O. Box 197, Kimilili in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namuchebule Marumbu, late of Naitiri, Macadamia, who died there on 1st November, 2002. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2023 By Benson Maruti Sambu, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Sambu Sasaka alias Philip Sambu, who died at Bungoma, on 4th December, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
