TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2021 By Henry Nyabuto Mangerere, of P.O. Box 105483–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marco Mangerere, who died at 44568 Canyon Creek Drive–Maricopa, USA, on 1st March, 2020. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2023 By Teresa Bitutu Oroo, the executor mentioned in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oroo Oyioka, who died on 15th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Bosire Maroko, (2) Jeremiah Gesare Onsare, (3) Japheth Oseko Bosire and (4) Evans Bosire Omwenga, all of P.O. Box 1044, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bosire Onsongo, who died on 20th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
