E91 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Rempeyian Rikoyian and (2) Hannington Santai Rikoyian, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Likotani ole Moniru, who died at Langata, on 2nd May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2022 By Caroline Mwikali Ngumo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumo wa Nguru, who died on 25th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2022 By (1) Mercy Nyokabi Njenga and (2) Daniel Kimani Njenga, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njenga Kimani, who died at Rellance Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
