TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2022 By (1) Payal Shah and (2) Sejal Malde, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Dhireshchandra Vaghji Gudka, who died at Kizingo, on 4th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
