NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th August, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1693 in Volume D1, Folio 245/2420, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Georgina Kakuko, of P.O. Box 277–30600, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Georgina Chemtai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Georgina Chemtai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Georgina Kakuko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Georgina Kakuko only.
