THAT a preservation Order be and is hereby issued to seize KSh.. 20,000,000 held at ABSA Bank, Eastleigh Branch A/C No. 2023291870 in the name of Mohammed Abdi Werar. 2. THAT this order shall subsist for 90 days. 3. THAT the same be served upon the Respondent as provided in the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act. 4.
