REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gatii Gitonga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.65 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Ngariama/Thirikwa/1014, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gichugu, in succession cause No. 103 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Alabina Wambura Gatii (ID/4958375), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid 17th March, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Alabina Wambura Gatii (ID/4958375), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gatii Gitonga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
