WHEREAS Gordon Ondik Obure, of P.O. Box 78, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Busia registered under title No. Bukhayo/Bugengi/3375, and whereas the land register issued thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
