REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Silverstone Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 83313– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.3550 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 4471 Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 22193/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
