TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2022 By Joseph Oteyo Adwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adwe Okuro, who died on 5th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E282 OF 2022 By Joseph Owino Oriwo, of P.O. Box 86, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Akidi Abondi, who died on 22nd June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
