TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By William Gesamba Mwita, of P.O. Box 63, Ikerege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibai Chacha alias Gibai s/o Chacha, who died at Kiomakebe Sub-location, on 2nd May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By William Gesamba Mwita, of P.O. Box 63, Ikerege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Mohagachi alias Mwita Muhagachi, who died at Ikerege Sub-location, on 4th January, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
