TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2020 By Priscah Jelagat Rutto, of P.O. Box 376–20130, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Korir Kiprotich, who died at Aga Khan Day, on 10th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Jepngetich Rono and (2) Lucy Jeptoo, both of P.O. Box 6, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Kipkosgei Rono alias Afred Koksei Rono, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
