TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2022 By Sylvanus Ouma Okumu, of P.O. Box 258–40109, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjeline Akongo Okumu, who died at Koru Central, on 10th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Akinyi Otieno and (2) Edwin Otieno Otieno, both of P.O. Box 258–40109, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Otieno Okuom, who died at Muhoroni East Sub-location, on 31st January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By (1) Dalmas Otieno Mbata and (2) Tom Okoth Ogola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbata Otieno, who died on 4th September, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
