CAUSE NO. 129 OF 2022 By John Odolo Njaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogwa Otene, who died on 5th September, 1996. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Benter Atieno Odasia and (2) Beatrice Akoth Akongo, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jazon Odasia alias Jashon Odasia Saye, who died at St. Georges Medical Centre, on 4th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2023 By Elijah Aming Odera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Amimo Aming, who died at Kasule Sub-location, on 22nd August, 2016.
