TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 151 OF 2022 By Mbulwa Ndunda, of P.O. Box 107, Kilango in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndunda Musyimi, who died on 12th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2022 By Robert Mutua Ndavi, of P.O. Box 18–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kola Ndavi Kavuu, who died at Mamba Sub- location, on 4th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
